True Friends

Be a True Friend

I know what it feels like to walk into the lunch room, take a deep breath, and expect to sit alone again. I know what it feels like to go from being the “most popular”  girl in school to being the “most hated” due to rumors and lies spread like wildfire.
I know what it feels like to walk down the halls with your head hung so you don’t have see and listen to your class mates whispering about you as they walk by. I know what it feels like to be ‘pressured’ into getting a better social status because being yourself "isn’t good enough".
I know what it feels like to have no friends....

Through all the hard times I had in school, I did learn that there is something more important than being cool, than being “socially accepted” than being sucked into the rumors; something more important than going to the football games; I learned how important it is to be a True Friend

True Friend will love you for you. They will love you for who you are, for what you stand for, for what you believe in, for your kindness & for your heart. Not for what you wear, how popular you are, or if you’re the quarterback of the high school football team.

All it takes is one kind word to change someones day or even change their life. So next time you see someone sitting alone at a lunch table, being hated due to rumors, being gossiped about in the halls, or being pressured by their ‘friends’...follow your heart... and be a True Friend.

Be true to yourself so you can be a True Friend

Love,
Hannah Michelle Weeks

a day in the life

Gooood Morning all!

Let me start off by saying I thoroughly appologize for my failure...

Originaly, I thought "Oh ya, no problem I will blog every day after being on set for 12 hours of filmimg. No big deal! It'll be so fun! So easy!" .... Wrong...Totally wrong....

Friday was a rehearsal day for everyone & it went really really well! We all had a lot of fun on set and I started to get used to the slang and code words used on set; like when one guy called out for a "half apple." I had no idea what that was; and the first things that went through my mind was, "why wouldn't some one just want a half eaten apple? That is silly...but maybe they just werent that hungry?? Hmmm." Turns out, a "half apple" is just a little wooden box to sit on to make some one look taller...who would have thunk?

Yesterday, was one of the longest, most fun days of my life so far. My call time was 8am, so I was up at 6:30am. So sleepy. Luckily, I have a make-up and hair artist on set so I didn't have to touch my hair or make up, which was so nice! The day was good; it was great; it was amazing! Everything went so smoothly and the crew was so extremely nice and just so so great and talented all around! My extras and talent also did such an amazing job and were all so nice too! Thank you extras and talent!!!!!!!! :)

So here I am, it's Sunday morning, that last day of the shoot. I am pumped. I am ready to go! Ready for another 12 hour day of filiming. And ready to feel great accomplishment tonight when they call  it a day and for us to "wrap it up." And I am so excited to eat a huge bowl of Panda Puffs with a generous amount of Almond milk before I go to sleep tonight.... this will be a great day!

With all my love,

Hannah Michelle

p.s. I am sleepy!!!! :)

Yesterday, Today & Tomorrow.

Hey hey hey!

Well this week has been very interesting so far and it's only Thursday! In the past two days, I have done two things I've never done before & this weekend I am also doing something I've never done before, for the first time!

Wednesday was my first time at the Chiropractor. I've always been scared to death to go because all of the forceful bone popping that goes on, but, yesterday I walked through the door and went on in. Turns out it was a very good idea because my right leg was longer than the left...but not any more :)

Today, I got my first massage ever and man oh man was it great! It was like going on a mini vacation for an hour except... I didn't get a tan...

Tomorrow is the start of a big weekend for me and I couldn't be more excited. It's still a little unbelievable that I am actually filming my very first music video this weekend. I remember thinking when I was a little girl how exciting it would be to film a music video, and now, one of  my dreams is coming true, and it's just right around the corner. I am not really nervous or scared, but more anxious and ready to go! I am so grateful for this opportunity!! Hmm... Why is grateful spelt like that if you spell great, "great." It just took me a few minutes to figure out why in the world there was a little red squiggly line underneath "greatful." Maybe I am just tired and have had a long day (at my massage) cause that'd be my only excuse as to why I can't spell grateful right...after all, I did just graduate high school ;)

Hannah Michelle

p.s. I customized my own tassel...yes...pink & white! :)

Ready, Set, Action...or something like that :)

Dear Fans & Friends,

As some of you know, at the end of this week, I am starting my very first music video & I am very very excited about it! :) I know many of you will be very curious as to what goes on, what goes wrong, and the plain old silly things that happen while on set! So here I am creating this blog for you so you can follow me through 3 days of adventure, excitement, learning, & what a wonderful interesting experience this is going to be! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate everyones support! The loving and encouraging comments & words mean the world to me & I couldn't do what I love to do (music) with out all of you! So thank you, & thank you a million times more! You play such an important role in my career and I want to give you back as much as I can; so even in this little blog I hope you find smiles, cheer, laughter & see a bit into my life & who I am!
